I don't know if anyone will appreciate this as much as I do just before Christmas.

I have had to live with a nut case for an administrator for three years now, total whack job, out there, phone rings and no one's home type.

I have bitten my tongue almost through too many times to count and eaten just about all of the carp I can take from this freak. I avoid any interaction with her like the plague. She's gone out of her way to make my life a miserable living hail for three years. She's changed my schedule, changed my job, changed policies and procedures, and never had a good reason for any of it except that she COULD do it.

I went to work last night (been on major OT streak for the past few weeks because she wouldn't step up and take up the slack) and was greeted in the parking lot before I could get out of my car by a co-worker who was either dancing or having a seizure! I struggled to get the door open and she throws herself in my car on top of me screaming and singing a combination of "Joy to the World" and the song from the "Wizard of Oz" that the munchkins sing when the Wicked Witch of the West gets wiped out by Dorothy's house.

Merry Christmas to ME!

The evil dark sith queen has been toppled. The cloud of crust over my working life has been removed. The tiny little voice with her tiny little handwriting has been erased. The cause of just about the only stress I have has been removed like a wart being cut off. All her little ways of deviling me have come back and bitten her in the butt.

Yes Virginia, there IS a Santa Claus!!!!



I think they might offer me the job.

All I want for Christmas now is the chance to remove her little minions the way she was excised, one by one, with detailed precision.

(and now I will do my mea culpas and prayers for even wishing this on anyone at Christmas time)

but she soooooooooooo deserved it, and I DID save her a box in case she needs one when they escort her back to clean out her desk!

Yay RW!!! What a relief that must be!!! I'm sure with her talents she'll find more work again soon. Maybe in a more appropriate setting and not with so much power that she can abuse.

I hope you'll get the supervisor job and get the place in tiptop place.

She worked with people who kept excellent records, documented everything for many, many months, followed regulations to the letter, got everything in writing, and laid and played the cards when the chance came.

The trick was to get someone to listen and to SEE, which happened during a federal inspection. Her tottering house of cards, held together with glue and string behind the scenes, finally collapsed!

I may have to forgo my vacation, but I told the director of the organization I would be more than happy to do that if need be when she called and woke me up this afternoon to discuss the situation.
