lol at Legz, sorry too funny!!
I am like many here, do not really make one, just like people with diets, always say I will start on Monday... well if you really wanted to lose weight and start you would do it NOW hehe not Monday!! I do make goals as someone mentioned, less focus on my pain, (or at least talking so much about it at times), getting more yoga into life as it helps that pain... well enough on that stuff... I want to be in the group of PIRATE talking girls!! argggggg hugsss all, sarah |
I started my weight-loss program yesterday ... and STUCK to it all day .. and even today already!!
my NY resolutions may be biting off a bit too much .. but, going to take it one day at a time .. and make the best out of everyday ... thanks to you for sticking with me these last 2.5 years .. I can hardly believe that my 3 yr dx will be in April already!! Happy New Year!! there's a reason why we are here .. and on NT ... that's a resolution that everyone here is happy about!!;) |
I think my resolution this year will be to just take things one day at a time. Try not to look farther than that. Worrying about what the future holds doesn't help change it or make it better. It just wears me out. So, I'm really going to try to just concentrate on making today the best I can make it.....doing the best I can today.
