Default wow

ok, I'm home alone. The government gives me alot of vacation time - I spent 4 years in the army so I get a lot of vacation (4 weeks)...

We spent last week in Detroit. Her family. Freakin' hassle coming home. Someone wanted to blow up a plane landing in Detroit (no surprise - somebody wants to blow up something in Detroit all the time...).

I just blared Aqualung by Jethro Tull on my stereo. All 6000 watts. 7 S speakers. I LOVE IT! I'm thinking Alice Cooper next. Or maybe some Stones... I need some serious drugs - I'm into some serious loud noises!

Happy New Year!

Tom

Default Detroit

Sorry you had to go through all that in Detroit! I bet it was a mess after all the hoopla! I don't understand why people are so upset with the "poof" machines....if they would detect anything strange on the body then I am all for it....beats getting hijacked or blown out of the sky!
The other thing is: Couldn't we just recuse a lot of dogs from the animal shelters and train them to sniff for explosive materials? It would be cheaper than the machines and humane for the poor shelter animals.
Anyway, glad you made it back safely!!

Glad you made it home safe, Tom... Now, how about some Rod Stewart to listen to??

Happy New Year to you, too!

What is with people and the blowing stuff up? That is so last decade!

Anyhoo, glad you got some stereo time. I love Alice, maybe som Zep - been a long time since I rock and rolled...and you know me and my Stones.

I have been rockin' the Roy Orbison lately.

(And kicking myself for not burning that Johnny Cash I got dh for Christmas.)

Do you have an mp3 yet? You gotta gotta get one, seriously. Then you can blast and nobody else can hear it - well, not too much.
