GMI, to answer your question, yes, I have the ROKU player and I love it. Like you, I'd just as soon watch it on my TV and keep my laptop busy doing other stuff (chronic multitasker).

The other thing is that I can see & hear it from anywhere in the room. I do not own any of the game toys that stream, so it was worth the $80 and I do not regret it one bit.
