My random thought for the day is: when you hear a foot of snow sliding off of a roof, it seems as if the whole world is falling apart...or at least this is a symbol of how life seems at the moment...

Flowers and a gift from DH for Valentine's Day was nice.
I usually get a card. I could count the times on one hand that I got flowers in 25 years, and, it was usually 2 or 3 carnations, not a bouquet, like today. And, I've never had a Valentine's Day gift. ~ Faith |

Bisquick was invented in 1931. I love making their "impossible pies". Never made biscuits with it, though. I like my own recipe.
