I have the hug all the time and I am really hesitant when it comes to gadgets like this. I personally wouldn't even consider it based on that. Heck, I don't even do regular sit ups anymore as it irritates the hug too much.

I'm glad you decided to reconsider. I always think of all these silly gadgets out there and then think of life before all this technology. Good old fashioned hard physical work kept everyone in shape.;)

How about instead, go with a balance ball - or one of the toy things, with a handle, if you know what I mean. I found those to be a lot tougher and cheaper.

Also a lot of fun and a lot of things you can do with one.
