got another one

http://www.eonline.com/

Marie Osmond's son, Michael Blosil, took his own life Friday night after leaping to his death from his Los Angeles apartment, E! News confirms.

The 18-year-old reportedly suffered from severe depression in recent years, leaving behind a note which detailed his plans to commit suicide. In it, Blosil explained his loneliness, stating that he felt as if he had no friends and simply did not fit in.

That is so sad. I hate it that anyone feels so alone and isolated. That family has been through a lot over the years. I pray that they can pull together through this tragedy.

Really IS sad. I would guess, too, that he had a lot of support from both his family and the Mormon community. But, when in a depression, thinking is just skewed and you think the world would be better off w/out you, in addition to you not wanting to live maybe.

I was depressed once, but never had a suicidal thought. Was situational, and I always expected I'd get over what had happened (wasn't a continuous problem), and, I did.

I saw earlier that he'd died, but they hadnt listed a cause at the time.

Strange that's the second suicide (that I know of) of a famous person's child. (Walter Koenig's son killed himself in Vancouver, Canada just recently)

How sad. It must be devastating losing a child and then from suicide.....oh my, the guilt. Didn't Marie have a problem with depression awhile back? We never know what goes on behind closed doors. God Bless their whole family at this horrible time.
