What was your first paying job?

I did some part-time babysitting but my first paying job was as a carhop at A&W restaurant.

I made fifty cents an hour and my first paycheck was $24.00 and I was just thrilled to make all that money!

Being the greedy one I was working long hours for ones who didn't want to work.

That continued throughout the rest of my working life...overtime... double shift....double pay on Sunday..yeah; I'll do it!!

Now I am retired and found I am even better at doing nothing!
