Default I offended a friend!
ok, #1 I dont feel good. #2 I am running on empty. #3 there is no excuse.

Anyway. I made a statement that hurt someones feelings. Have you ever just made a statement that you wanted to swallow.

The statement has NO reflection on this person, but had I been thinking, I would have realized it would have upset them. I should have just shut up, and I didnt.

so...can you say im sorry, and make it all go away? I hope so.

I am going to bed. I have had enough of this day.

Of course you can't make it go away, but a sincere simple apology "I'm so sorry...will you forgive me?" can go a long way.

I have been forgiven. My friend understood that it wasnt directed at her, and that I realized that I offended her, even if unintentional.

In true graceful style, she came right back to me.
