Dear Lord,

Please stop the impending riots on the capitol this evening if this bill is passed. My darling husband to be is a member if the US Army stationed in Fort Meyer and they will be the first to be called in for this and I just don't think he has the will to stop anyone who rushes in to slap a legislator today.

This is NOT good news! There are many questions left to be answered. I am sorry, but I cannot drink the kool aid just yet.

We have a very badly broken medicare system, and now we are going to start hacking at chopping at it!

There are some good points that I like, but most of this stuff was WRONG to pass against the will of the American people.

I pray that the millions of people who need access to health insurance now will be able to afford the 3-4 years of new taxes and fees while they wait for the bill to actually take effect three to four years from now.

Looks as if it passed. I for one am very glad. It's far from perfect, but it's better than nothing.

What ever is going to happen to tanning salons with a 10% excise tax? LOL j/k But that is creative taxing.

I can't comment too much as I see both sides of the coin from personal experiences and those around me.

But what happens to those of us on Medicare due to disability and not age? Are we in the same grouping as seniors when it comes to the donut hole and gaps? Will the billions of $$ cuts affect us as well? So many questions.

We are in for some interesting times and I am in hopes that modifications to the bill will be made so that ALL can benefit.
