Me, too, Sally. But since I can nap anytime I don't get stressed out about not sleeping through the night. If I still had to go to work I'd probably have to start taking a sleep aid. Of course, when I worked I had an abundance of energy.

Since Urologist has me on Vesicare in morning, Oxytbutin at bedtime, I get dry mouth but sleep 8 hours. I nap 1-2 hours in afternoon. I don't wake up all refreshed and raring to go, but I do sleep.

It kind of scares me that I get a good nights sleep with my Klonopin and Tegretol. Am I addicted to them? I know the answer is no but I still don't like it that I get a good nights sleep WITH my meds.

Hey, I just thought I'd announce that I had a pretty good nights sleep last night. :D

Yay, Sally! I always find that a pleasant surprise!

It's been interesting reading the comments and looking at the "statistics" (I put that in quotation marks since it's such a small sample)

I'm sure there have been bigger, scientific studies/polls, but it's looking like most people don't usually have what they'd call a good night's sleep. For various reasons.

Other than needing way more sleep than I think is "normal" and getting up to pee a bazillion times I do sleep really good...just wish I could get about 11-12 hours each night. :(
