Default ? about a rolling kitchen cart

I'm in the asking mood tonight!!! My Mom loves plants and she regularly supplies her retirement home with sprouts because she can grow a green plant out of anything. But she has rotator cuff problems and a very bad back. That doesn't make any difference to her though. She has all these planters on a table in front of her living room window and she takes them into her kitchen to prune, replant, etc. She just loves to get her hands in dirt!!!

I am looking for ideas of a rolling kitchen or garden cart that folds up so it can be easily stored. She doesn't have the space to have it out in her apartment and would need to be folded up and put in her small storage area.

I daresay you could do a web search typing in exactly what you want, but what about a fold away camping table, or any other fold away table for that matter? One of those small ones that we call card tables here in Oz?

Fold away tables come in all sizes and it would only take a handy hubby or a handy son to attach small wheels to the table legs to make it mobile .

Just an idea!
