Default Why didn't you tell me not to remodel the kitchen?

What a mess!! DH has taken the soffets down, and he got a few surprises...
The bathroom vent bends down into the soffet area, and was detached, so there's dust and spiderweb thingies...then they ran the drain from the upstairs bathroom sink, which is in the middle of the house, out to the outside wall and down, you guessed it, into the soffet area. The conduit for the electric outlets also have to be moved...
it is going to take a lot of work to get this right. And the cabinets come tomorrow We still have to have the wood floors sanded and refinished, and also have boards placed where the cabinets were.
Ugh...I want to just float away and come back when it's all shiny and new.

Advice: NEVER let your spouse do the remodeling work...
