Default Cold Pack/Hat

Any suggestions for a cool hat, pack, anything? Last year for around yard I put a little water in ziplock, put it in my hat, put it all in freezer and it froze to shape. Worked but a gel pack would stay in place and be a tad softer to the head. Also need to get vitamin D/tan so it can't be a cowboy hat
Mid 90's in FL already.

Thanks

A company called CoolMedics have a variety of items that work really well. You can google them to find retailers. They have little cooling caps that you can wear under a baseball cap or scarf. Another company, Red Hot Mamas, sells a lot of cooling items as well. They sell on QVC and on-line.

I checked both out. Hot Mama's I didnt see anything but CoolMedics did show that beenie cap I could possibly use under a hat. A gel pouch I'd put in fridge is probably more what Im looking for. Wonder if I could just put some type of gel that doesnt freeze in a smaller ziplock or cool pack they used in the old days.

I need my pool wheelchair ramp sandblasted asap (looked into machine today) so I could switch from pushing around block to doing laps I painted it with epoxy (and pool) and was failure. Pool was sandblasted last month and resurfaced, now i need to repaint ramp and get it back in!

Been 95 every afternoon this week according to my west facing patio & thermo. Too early for this. Florida.
