Alisun Kraus is singing. She is one of my favorite singers. Google her to find many of her other songs.

I was captivated by it, and wanted to share. Its not rare, but it is unusual to have twins in deer and moose, and when you can find two of them playing, its an AWWWW moment.

in the summer they hang out in the swamps and the wooded areas to stay cool. They love the water. As you can see in glimpses, this woman is pretty high up in a mountain range. Fun to watch the kids toys being played with by moose.

It is a wonderful moment, in nature. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, and now I'll look up Alisun! That music choice was so perfect for the video too!

We have deer twins fairly often. Take a look at my album.

When we see single fawns it is usually something stressful that has happened during the winter. Poor food, colder temps. Twice we have found dead ones, which didn't survive long after birth.

Last summer our deer, swam over to get the salt, we brought for her, and her two fawns swam behind her. The thinner one, (see pic in my album) far behind and the more robust one keeping up better. A pontoon boat stopped suddenly in front of us and we thought he was going to land. But he was filming the crossing. (There have been deer hit by boats we have been told.) Only their head and ears really show in the water, so a fast boat could miss seeing them in time. I got my binos to watch better, and Mom came ashore just North of us where there are smaller rocks and some sand (better footing) and the robust fawn right after her. He was so happy...he gamboled all around her in a very playful joyful dance. The thinner fawn took a while to get to shore, and I was a bit worried about her, but she made it. The other two had moved into the woods by then, so she just hurried to catch up. I have their family portrait as the cover pic on my profile album. The 11th photo in the list, is a closeup of the more robust fawn. He was really cute. I really enjoy the deer and they come to see me on the island every year now.

Oh, I know who this is.... it was just the "name" I couldn't come up with.

I am going to have to download that song, and perhaps this one too:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kClA...eature=related

A nice duet with Shaina Twain....(whom I love too). I just love wonderful lyrics and a nice presentation! These would be nice in the car, too!

Hope they are on Amazon, as that is the only place I know how to use !!

I hope you don't mind, Dejibo, but I linked to this thread at the Pets forum so other members can find this wonderful video and music!

Also I managed the MP3 download, with only a little snag this time. It went into VLC file by mistake, (a new program hubby installed to back up Media Player). But I managed to move it.

Last time I attempted to buy a song, it was a real battle! .

This music is definitely going on vacation with us this year!
Hubby is very familiar with Alison, and once I saw her face, I knew who she was too. Just couldn't place that song, is all!
