I stopped the HBP med about three months ago. I really don't notice a difference one way or the other. I guess I now supposedly have $12 more per month since I don't have the rx but I couldn't tell you where it goes....or went!

my med count is climbing. I have added muscle relaxers, eye drops, eye ointment, creams for a rash, and anxiety stuff. I fear I shall never see the day again that I can go a full day with no meds. shame, just a shame.

My total number of "pills" is 38 per day and can be higher on a bad day.

Believe it or not, this is after cutting down on the number of prescriptions recently.

I added 2 muscle relaxers and a pain pill last night. it was a long day. I guess my med count is fluid and depends on the day.

I've been doing just dandy with my LDN and Prozac and a one a day (if I remember) and a couple of Tums for tummy and the extra Calcium

My DDH always said, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", so I ain't.

I have been thru all of the suggested DMDs and Mega Vitamins suggested for MS and stopped the MS Drugs and altho the mega many expensive Vitamins didn't hurt, to me, they were a big waste of money(they all get flushed, one way or another).

Eat healthy and you get most of the vitamins you need. IMHO..

In all my many years with MS, other than not being able to walk much, I never felt better. LDN & PROZAC ROCK for me!

Default Not Enough!

Hello Everyone, Excellent Topic! Since I lost my pain pump implant and insurance, I have to watch cost! I only take what I can afford. Thank God, Xanax is cheap. At this point in the pain game, I'd rather sleep my life away then continue more destruction w/opiates. I've done some research, it's the buffer in the meds that destroys our kidney's and liver, so the purest form is the best. Hugs To All, WTR Nymph
