I've cut WAY down. Since I haven't experienced much benefit and can't afford to toss off so much money for nothing, I'm down to my thyroid meds, Vit B12 & D.

Between Crohn's and MS . . . close to 30 a day. Yuck . . . I've got one stuck in my throat right now!

Me, too. Most of mine are vitamins......D3 and Fish oil. I still take my thyroid pill every morning. I'm going to ask my doctor about eliminating the HBP med, too, since I've lost about 35 pounds. The most important med I take is my LDN pill every night.

I too cut way back, but only because I felt I wasnt getting relief from what I was taking.

After I swallow all those pills, there is no room in my tummy for food!

If you count vitamins (including calcium, vitamin D and benenfiber), my total is 14.

I stopped the HBP med about three months ago. I really don't notice a difference one way or the other. I guess I now supposedly have $12 more per month since I don't have the rx but I couldn't tell you where it goes....or went!

my med count is climbing. I have added muscle relaxers, eye drops, eye ointment, creams for a rash, and anxiety stuff. I fear I shall never see the day again that I can go a full day with no meds. shame, just a shame.

Debbie, are you talking about prescription medication or supplements?

I use one prescribed medication and that is as needed only.

Supplements...that's another story

I take a total of 18 supplements a day. That total is taking some of the same supplements 2 or 3x a day...depending on the supplement.
