Life is such a bore when you get older, you have MS, your DH has gone to the great beyond, Friends have deserted you, Family doesn't include you anymore and you are, pretty much, housebound.

Some of it is self imposed, just because I'm too tired to make the effort, anymore. But, if it weren't for the limitations MS puts on me, then most of the above wouldn't be true..

I have no solutions and not looking for any, but, like B2Y, just needed to whine..

Sometimes I feel like two personalities stuck in the same holey brain: "Nobody calls, nobody cares, nobody remembers me anym...who's at the door? I wish they'd leave me alone."

We need a door hanger that says "okay to disturb me" and "do not even think about disturbing me" so people will know when it's okay to approach!! I'm kidding......sort of. I know others aren't mind-readers but I wish they were sometimes. There are days I enjoy my solitude (most days, actually) and then there's the sporadic, once-in-a-while day I would really enjoy some company. And then when I have none I get lonely and then begins the pity-party.

I hear ya, Sally. I have a husband and two sons living with me and I'm still really lonely .

It's just waaay too hot here right now for me to go anywhere. Most days I'm too exhausted to go out anyway.

I'm so bored sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind.
