Bless you Dej, thanks for asking. Pal's eyes are healing and except for my chasing him around, torchering him, by putting drops in his eyes, he is a happy dog.

I'm cutting down on both of our torchers, by doing it twice per day, instead of 3 times...but, I figure, since he doesn't go outside much anymore, he's not picking up outside dirt and germs.

I must concentrate on keeping his eyes clean and the hair trimmed back from his eyes.

He is so funny...every time I move to get up, he sits straight up and watches me...LOL. He thinks I'm coming after him. He will not come to me, no matter what trick I try...the little ****, so I have to hunt him down..LOL.

Believe me when I say that, this is harder on me than it is on him.

I hate this raunchy cankerous disease..

Sal, I'm glad to hear that Pal is doing well. It's so stressful to us when they aren't feeling well. And then having to "convince" them you're still their friend while you're giving them meds.......

I hope he continues to improve. And you be careful!

my cat knows the instant I go to the cabinet with the meds. it doesnt matter if I hide them in another cabinet. They are really smart. The little one knows that everyone gets treats when Jack gets meds, so about 9 she starts dancing for Jack to get his meds so she gets a treat. Back to once a day meds here.

Im glad Pal is feeling better. Eye stuff is horrible.

He was in good spirits this morning. He even grabbed one of his toys to play with. Then.....he was close, so I grabbed him by the tail and held on til I could safely pick him up and the little shhit bit me. Just a tiny bite, this time, but it bled.

I usually let him go if he bites but this time I scolded him and then put his drops in. He knew I meant business, so he settled down for me. He's much better and thinks he's boss again...WRONGO!!!

Ride um cowboy! They really do need you to take control of the situation, and they will sit still for you.

Give him a pat from auntie Dejibo.

Pal is all better. By the time the eye drops were gone, he was coming right up to me and stood still while I cleaned his eyes and put his drops in. He knew it was making him better.
