I have GAD, directly caused by MS, according to my Neuro/Psych. It's an illness that cannot be fixed by "stop worrying"....just as Depression cannot be cured by, "cheer up".

That's VERY interesting, Sally, GAD being caused by MS. It sure makes sense in my case.

You are SO RIGHT. Why would anybody choose to be a basket case when you could just fix yourself by not worrying and cheering up?
