Default There's a stranger in town...

And that stranger is me! I know it's been forever & a day since I've been here. I lurk every once in a while though & I keep up with many on facebook. (if you're on facebook, feel free to look me up!)

Mike & I are fine. It's been a stress filled year though. Spent about a month with my mom while she had to undergo 3 surgeries within 2 weeks. It was touch & go for a while but she is doing great now. Other major family health issues seemed to be at every turn & 2 of my fur babies passed away, which was very heartbreaking for me.

Health wise, like everyone I have good days & bad but no major changes with the MS. Last report was that it seems to slowly be progressing, as far as losing the strength and mobility of my legs, but it's slow & I try to stay hopeful.

I do think of you all often & can never forget how supportive & caring everyone was to me. This is a very special group of people and I am grateful to have been a part of this site.

Peace, Love & Happiness,
Susan

Default So sorry for your fur babies!

Hello, I'm another stranger back in town. Do you remember Frost,? Meow? Cervie Queen? I have not been around for about 10 years. I think I remember you from the old forums! Fur baby loss is long grieving process especially when it weighs 1500lbs. A horse of course. I live on a fur baby farm 10 horses, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 1 donkey. I used to live here back in 1999. I'm also grateful for all the people here. I'm just a spiney, no MS. My heart goes out to you. I hope you have a good Neuroligist. I hear there are some good meds for MS. I was diagnosed w/MS. Then I was DX Fibromyalgia, RSD now called CRPS. Just a busted neck. I even spent 6 wonderful months in a halo. Hope to run in to you again. Hugs, WTR Nymph

Welcome to NeuroTalk, WTR Nymph, Nice to meet you . If it's been 10 years, since you were here, it wasn't here. Maybe Braintalk/MGH?

I hope you are feeling well.

Hi! Nice to meet you. I first came here in '07 and didn't belong to any forums before then. Sorry, I don't know the ones you mentioned. Your farm sounds wonderful!

Hi Suzy! Good to see you again. I'm glad you're doing well. I think the MS is slowly progressing in me, too, but like Sally said the LDN keeps me going and feeling good.

Are you still doing photography? I hope you'll stick around and join the group again. We missed you!

Hi Kitty! Good seeing you again too.

I keep hearing good things about LDN, I'm really hating the shots once a week. I actually feel better without them.

Yes both hubby & I are still into photography, same website that is on my profile.

I'll be dropping by again soon!
