Default MIA . . .Prayers Needed
I have been MIA for a bit as things are pretty hectic around here.

I made it through my art show/sale and meeting my deadlines of getting the work done. Phew! But it was rather difficult as I was so distracted by other things. . . .

As some of you know my Dad is really ill. At this point, they can't do much for him but keep him comfortable. I am in hopes that they will release him today and he can be at home where he wants to be. We're not looking for miracles, although one would be great, just that he is comfortable. Please, if you can, say a prayer that he will have a peaceful passing and a prayer for my family, especially my Mom. I would really appreciate it.

Absolutely, Tricia. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers every day. I'm glad you can be there with your Dad and your Mom. Wish I could do more for you. I hope you can feel all the prayers I'm sure will be said for you and your family.

Just try to be with him...you don't even have to talk...just be there. When my BIL passed at 40 from colon cancer, he wanted his wife by his side 24/7...he didn't want to be alone.

My prayers are for you and your mom and dad today...

absolutely. i'm sending prayers to your dad and mom, and you and your family. i hope your dad makes it home. i can relate to what you're going thru.

when my dad was in hospice i fervently prayed that he would die peacefully and in God's arms.

and i'm praying for your dad.
