Default I've Been Christmas Shopping!!

What fun, shopping on the net.. No crowds, no hassle, no not finding what you want, no trudging from store to store and no sore feet.

I am almost done, I think, with the Grands, except for the college girl. I give money to SSons and will get something for DD's and DSIL's New Macs??.

The job I hate is wrapping..arrrrghhhh!!!!

How about all of you? Finished? Started? In the middle of?

I know and I usually do that, but it's getting way expensive, so just doing that on a few.

DD usually comes over a week before, brings a bottle of Asti and we have a wrapping party.

I'm done buying.....just waiting for everything to arrive. I saved gift bags from past Christmases and will be using those. All I have to do is put the tissue paper in the bags (along with the gift) and put a name tag on them. I've had to really be careful with my spending this year but I feel like I did really good. Like Nancy, I shopped alot through QVC.....you just cannot beat their easy pay option.

Mum and I have done most of our Christmas shopping online also. I've been really depressed and ill lately so it's soo much easier ... and for some reason things tend to be cheaper than in the stores!

Got most things now ! Got everything for my boyfriend and it's all wrapped up (mum did that, i'm not exactly the best at wrapping and when you have a bad arm it's even harder lol!). Got nanans presents and uncles. Only need to really get my cousions now.

Still need to get mum and dads. They are soo hard to buy for though as they wont say what they want lol! Mums seen a few CDs and books she wants so might get her those and some nice perfume or jewellery. Dad on the other hand! ...

As Patty Duke says now---Online!

I found some great sites for Black Friday reports and also found out this year that a LOT of the doorbusters on BF actually cost less if you buy them before BF or the stores that have BF sales start them online before BF!

I got the old man a 50 inch television with a bunch of stuff included for an out of this world price. It was my only big purchase. Free shipping was included with front door service where they had to bring it in and open it up and make sure no damage was done. It was VERY hard to hide!

I got all the smaller stuff online too. I am never going into a store at Christmas time again after this!

I had fun doing comparisons, making lists of pros and cons, researching prices and actually pushing the button. Even after I made the purchases, I got off on watching for better deals and in many cases, NOT finding one!

I am gonna have a "say Bubye to that old cathode ray tube television" party! I may throw it off the roof just to see it explode!
