I got a letter from SSA yesterday stating that based on records, I am considered medically disabled. BUT...they will inform me if I am disabled non medically before making the final determination
 They advised me to get a lawyer or someone to help me handle the appeal. This sounds as if they're going to reject me a second time. It was extremely confusing, but I'm not going to call them until I hear from them again. It's been such a weird trip with this thing...

Hope you are not going to be turned down again. I was twice, and then wound up before a court. I was approved at court. ginnie
