Default Happy New Year

We've been invited (and accepted) to a party and now all I want to do is turn on TV, mellow and stay home. But I am going. We may come home before midnight, staying up late is nothing I've ever been good at. I'll probably have a good time once I'm there, but getting ready is hard. DH has to help me dress and he is still amazed at how complicated women's prep can be. I may even wear a bra. Apparently he's had practice taking them off, on, not so much.

I don't know what amount of money would convince me to put clothes on and go outside, much less get into a car and go where there are people. The amount would have to have LOTS of zeroes in it.

Have fun Kicker and if you get restless just go home. Thanks for the laugh on hubby and a bra.

From a male perspective, I sure hope the bra is front clasp. That sure makes both "on" and "off" much easier.

Why couldn't they have had front clasp bras when I was younger? Sometimes life is just not fair.

Default happy new year from fellow ECer

Found you when I googled "chronic pain support groups in Ellicott City." My New Year's resolution is to seek out support and make some new connections. Experienced the mass exodus of friends () following illness. Do you belong to a support group here is B'more suburbia?

Was home by 11:30. Wasn't all me, DH didn't feel good, but I did not protest leaving. At 12 a neighbor set off fantastic fireworks. Bedroom was full of bangs, lit-up ceiling and walls. Party interesting.
