I have seen it on HGTV when house hunters goes international. I personally have never been, but it looks wonderful!

Make sure you hydrate and find shady spots for cooling off. AC in the hotel is a good question to ask.

im jealous! I want outta here! GL

mmm, Costa Rica. I know a few people who have gone recently, including a distant distant cousin. Nothing but good.

AND you should have CCSVI while you are there!

Quite a few Canadians have had success down there plus the package includes therapy massages!

My SSon took his SKids 22, 21 & 18, there last year. He likes the scuba diving there. Not a place I'd like to go, but great for the young and it's beautiful!!

Have a ball..

I has a sad. I'm jealous. I want to go somewhere warm. Even tho I'm not a fan of leaving the country for vacations at this point in time, but I'd love to get the heck out of here for a few days.

I'm going to go sit in the corner and pout and be jealous and start looking into vacations where I can go somewhere warm and sit outside and knit.

Let's just say I kind of "stopped over" on the way to a mission in another part of South America. It is on the equator so it is very tropical, rain forest, hot and very humid. But beautiful at the same time.

I have a niece getting married there in March, which seems to be a big thing. They are very American friendly and many of the population speak fluent English.

I would recommend checking with an making your arrangements through a certified travel agent who knows the country well.

House Hunters International was about Costa Rica today! It's amazing how much house you can buy for the money in other countries......and it seems they usually come furnished, too.

Have fun!

Me, too! I've seen more states and countries than I ever thought I would! And it hasn't cost me a dime!

I love HGTV, but I mostly watch it for the home improvement shows like Holmes on Homes and Holmes Inspection, and Income Property.

Watching Mike Holmes remodel a small condo into a handicap accessible condo was what kind of inspired me to get my bathroom remodeled. (just in time too! I love those grab bars!)
