Default My Sister

Just talked to my sister in VA. She had a lump removed from her right breast and is awaiting the biopsy results. She didn't tell me she was having this done. And she was going to wait until she got the lab results back to mention it at all but was worried and wanted to tell me now. Please keep her in your prayers.

My mom & a sis in law both had biopsy {positive), lumpectomy & then radiation after- in 2004 and both are doing just fine.
Hoping your sis does just as well also.

Oh Kelly, you and your family have been through more than any should have to bear .

I'll be praying and thinking of you and your sis.

Hopefully she will have some news from the doctor this week. She said he was "cautiously optimistic". The only reason it worries us is that our grandmother had breast cancer (although she did not pass away from that) and our cousin has it right now.

Thank you all for praying and sending positive thoughts her way. I feel a very real sense of peace about this. I was a little upset when she told me and immediately started thinking "worst case scenario". Then I remembered that God has already walked this journey and is in complete control of this situation. He hasn't left me in the dark yet......and I know He won't this time, either.

Good news! The tumor was benign!

Thank you so much for praying for her. I have no doubt it helped.
