we will be there for two weeks and will have time for some trips. I am also wondering about how I will find the right time and place to give myself by Betaseron shot. One will have to be at the airport the night we leave and one in London on the way home. I guess there will be some private place somewhere. I don't want to shock anyone!

A stall in the restroom, just make sure you wash your hands and use alcohol wipes. Probably don't want to use sanitizing wipes since they usually have a scent in them, which is not clean like you need. Nobody will notice, there are many more interesting things to occupy them.
