Default Journaling.

Everyone has left for the day and it's jsut me and Mom. The thoughts have just been rolling through my head. maybe it's because of all the holes up there that need to be filled!!!! But it has been wonderful to just sit and write and write and write. When I started this journal my sister wanted it just to be messages between Mom, her and I. My Mom didn't liek it that people would read our personal thoguths. Well Mom isn't able to tell me that now and I have sat and written about 12 pages in the last hour!

Sounds wonderful doydie~ I believe Journaling can help release emotions, find lost thoughts, reveal ourselves to ourselves, ease stress, and just be cathartic in general. Write on!!

I wrote so much my pen ran out of ink! But this journal is about Mom so anyone is free to write in it. I am wondering what other family members will say, what my 4 and 9 year old grand daughters will write

Hi Doydie,

I give you a tremendous amount of credit for your ability to journal. I virtually hate to journal and it has never done anything for me but tick me off and even hate to think about having to do it. All of this offsets any alleged benefit I may have received from doing it.

Craig, I have never done it. But as I sit here it has just flowed from my heart to the paper and I can't stop it. Sometimes I can't wait for someone to leave so I can write about the visit and how it made me feel.
