I would add a printed copy of the spoons story to your packet. Hopefully someone will read it and get it.
Dealing with high energy folks when you are in a low energy slump can leave you simply wiped out. Just a hug for you

Legzz,
If this is for SSDI application or any other insurance for disability, "ALWAYS ALWAYS" answer these types of questions based on your "WORSE" day as that is what they want to know in determining your level of disability. Trying to break it down to this day is this but on this day it's that, will only muddy the waters terribly. You also must take into consideration the actual interest level and qualification of the person who will be doing the reviewing of your case. Too many options will only confuse them opening the potential for them to say, "Oh what the heck, she's this." Regardless of what the true situation may be.

I agree with Craig. Too much can confuse those in a hurry, making them pay less attention. My 9th grade teacher often said "cleanliness is not next to godliness. Brevity is".
