Default What time is lunch?

Just thinking. My grandparents ate lunch at EXACTLY the same time every day (excluding holidays and doctor's appointments). My Dad worked swing shift, so we never ate at the same time more than two days in a row.

I don't care what you call your "noon" meal--lunch, brunch, dinner, whatever--but do you eat at the same time every day? And if so when?
