Default Early morning or rush hour medical appointments

Does anyone else have a big problem with early morning appointments because of sleep difficulties? How about rush hour appointments, you know, the kind that put you in the worst traffic of your life to get there and back?

I guess I am just tired of medical appointments . . .

I tend to do my appointments around noon-ish or later. I have problems with insomnia, and getting up earlier than 11am is sometimes a problem for me.

I always try to make mine for the first appointment after the office opens again after lunch. I can't do early morning appointments - unless it's for fasting bloodwork.

I'm better in the morning, unless it's REALLY early. My appointments are usually about a half hour away, and I try to schedule for around 8:30 or 9 (just after the school traffic). I'd just as soon be the first appointment of the day.

We don't have rush hour where I live (except the high school traffic). I don't schedule appointments where I have to drive in traffic. Period.
