Hi All,
Thank you so much for your Happy Birthday well wishes. I had a great day with a BBQ at my Son and DIL's house with Grandkiddies. I had chocolate cake my fav., with chocolate filling. Yummy! Just relaxed and enjoyed the nice weather.

I have been busy getting a 4 walls scraped and re-plastered, what a mess. I had white hair from sanding it. I don't look good with snow white hair. Yikes!

I have been washing floors today. Sheet rock dust gets all over too.

I used mrs.D's suggestion of CVS Epsom lotion on my charley horse calf and sore knees the next day. It really works fast of muscles, nerves and pain. It has magnesium in it.

My DH rubbed it too much on my knees and it starts heat receptors working. Not what I wanted. But on my calf it was instant cramp/spasm relief when I rubbed it gently in.

Don't take your oral that day. I did, and the magnesium must be high in it, because with both it was like Milk of Magnesia. But not that bad.

Earl, I guess I was meant to be a June baby, because I was born two months pre-mature. Back in the stone age, when I was born, I was extremely lucky to have survived. They didn't have the knowledge or preemie-care hospitals and doctors they have nowadays.

So every birthday is a gift to me.
