my neighbors pay $15k in Taxes! just taxes! that is not insurance, or electric or heat, or nothing. just taxes! I simply wouldnt be willing to give uncle same that kind of money no matter the shack.

Im sorry MS stole another dream.

I'm sorry Earl. It looks so beautiful and the price was cheap for water front at least compared to the east coast.
