Default Beach houses in South Carolina

We want to spend a couple of days at the beach in South Carolina on fall break which would be the first week in October. Hopefully that isn't bad hurricane season! I can't find a good website that gives me beach house rentals. I get condos, etc. We want to go right from our back door to the beach and when I am tired let the kids and thier parents stay on the beach and let me walk right into my house and have a place where I can watch them. Any help?

Doydie, I did a quick search too and found lots of them. I don't know where in SC you want to stay but here is a link to some homes in Hilton Head Island in SC (where ever that is. haha). http://www.beach-property.com/ You can put in your dates, # bedrooms, and other options and then do a search.

thanks everyone. I did a google search and there are literally thousands of them! I put in search that I want a HOUSE and it shows me condos and houses. I say I want ocean front and I get everything else. I say I want 4 bedrooms, it gives me 1 bedroom. And I was afraid of the hurricane season. My DD and I may need to make others plans.
