Hasn't it been said that all humans have these three things thoughts (cognitions), feelings (emotions) and actions (behaviors)which make up who we are? Don't cognitive-behavioral therapist (CBT) teach change in thoughts and behaviors ultimately help shift how we feel? (I will stop there)
