I remember the Police Academy Movies from my youth. Hightower was a highlight of those moves. He was also one heck of a football player.

They report it is of natural causes. Big body means probably his heart just gave out. Rest In Peace Big man, Rest in Peace.

I'm sad about it. I liked him in a lot of his tv roles. (too young to have appreciated him as a football player)

I have a set of dvds for the tv show Blue Thunder. (spinoff from the movie. Dana Carvey played JAFO) Bubba Smith was in that show, usually partnered with *nickname that starts with a "D" for a man named Richard* Butkus. (stupid censoring program on the forum) Thinking about getting those disks out and watching the show.

He was cool in the Police Academy movies.
