Default The Waltons

I was just sitting here watching The Waltons, seeing John Boy fail in New York and having to go back to the mountain. So the next episode started and expected to see the story continue and all of them are little children again! So the episode I watched at 3 PM was the last episode!!!!! The one at $ PM was the first. What happened to the Baldwin sisters? Did they ever die? Did Eliazbeth ever grow up and get married? Did Erin continue as a business woman or get married? Did Mary Ellen get over losing her husband and go on with her life? Did Ben and Cindy ever get a house of their own. Did Olivia and John Sr ever come back home? I e-mailed Halllmark to see if they would air the movies so I could have some closure. I have checked about buying the movies and they are expensive. They aren't on Hulu. I am totally bummed

Here's the complete set - Seasons 1-9. Seems expensive but it's really only about $26 per season. Tell your DH and daughters this is what you want for Christmas/birthday/Mother's Day/anniversary. Or maybe tuck away $30 a month to save up for it. I used to watch The Walton's and loved it. Too bad there's not more shows like that anymore.

Here it is on ebay........http://dvd.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_fro...s&_sacat=11232

The Waltons Movie Collection (A Wedding on Walton's Mountain / Mother's Day / A Day for Thanks / A Walton Thanksgiving Reunion / Wedding / Easter) (2010)

For $24.00 Amazon has this collection. I've never seen it, but it's reunion movies, grown-up Waltons, and may possibly offer some closure.

I loved the waltons, untill they all grew up. I didn't like it when the kids became adults.....Booooooring.

It was so much fun when it was Grandpa, Grandma, Daddy, Momma, the Sisters and the Kids. I'd watch thoses reruns a million times.

Doydie, I watched the whole show from start to last season. Plus I've watched all the movies. I just can't remember them!

Have you checked with your local city or county library to see if they have the videos/DVDs?

Just checked they are not on Netflix. They are only available on DVDs from them.

I loved the Grandma. She was always so firm with Grandpa and he was always trying to irritate her!
