I complain that the phone doesnt ring, but when it does I scream out WHAT???!!! what now??!!! its irritating, and never rings at a time when I am rested, and feel like chatting.

I told DH that if anything ever happens to him, im done. im living the life of a hermit.

What a wonderful group to belong to

Wow, glad to hear I'm not the only one who feels this way! I never even answer the land line anymore. I figure if it's anyone who knows me they'll call my cell or text me. And I would much rather text or email than talk on the phone. I've explained it as having to divide my attention - I'm looking at one thing (or place) and trying to listen and pay attention to a completely different thing. AAGH! Overstimulation!
