Last Friday my hips started hurting real bad and it was extremely difficult for em to climb stairs. I had done a lot of walking Thursday night but I felt OK. We left Saturday to go pick up our daughter and family for vacation. I walked liked a total cripple and couldn't hardly bend. A long drive in a crowded car didn't help it any on Sunday. I slept with a heating pad and increased my Advil and I at least walk right today. But at our ocean front home there is quite a dune between the house and the ocean. So there is stairs, deck, stairs down and then up this dune. Needles to say I didn't see the ocean. So after we took a long drive today w found a public access to the beach that didn't have this dune and we enjoyed about 90 minutes at the beach. Finally!!! It was completley overcast and started sprinkling but we had fun. Hopefully Wednesday I can walk out to my beach and sit and curl my toes in the South Carolina sand. Tomorrow is supposed to be very windy with 60% chance of thunderstorms. So it's the aquarium and Medeival times horse/dinner show. At least I can walk. The rental house is wonderful, we have fixed some nice meals
