Default a good day today

I listened to my daughter and used Advil in addition to my Aleve and am using her heating pad. This is allowing me to at least walk like a normal person. Hips hurt a lot and still and the pain is quite limiting my sitting down and getting up but I'm walking!!!! So I was able to get out to the beach and sit and watch the family have fun. We went to the Aquarium and my husband pushed me in my wheel chair, I went without it when we went to Medeivel times. Our knight threw a flower to my 4 year old grand daughter and made her feel like a queen! Tomorrow the sun is supposed to actually shine!!!! Tomorrow night is a seafood buffet. The beach hosue itself is wonderful. I wouldn't mind renting it for the month in the winter. It costs the same for a whole month as it does for the 5 days we have it this week.

So glad you're enjoying yourself! If you can stay for a whole month and it's the same price as a week I'd go for it! How nice would that be? I hope you can post some pics once you get back home. Ya'll have a safe trip.

My good day continued by going to a seafood buffet in Myrtle Beach. We are staying in North Myrtle Beach because everyone said that Myrtle Beach was more tourist attractions. So everyday after the beach we go into the tourist hot spot. I ate raw oysters!!!! And squid! And these crabs that i had no idea how to open so I opened the body and after I saw the intestines I couldn't eat much more of that. But I had swordfish which I've never had. The row oysters looked like rocks on the buffet bar. We had no idea how to open them. My 4 year old grand daughter looked at me kind of strange after I ate them like she didn't approve of that for her Grandma to do. I wish my daughter had told me that she wanted to go along the boardwalk because I left my camera at the beach house. The kids are exhausted but we all had a good day. I spent about 4 hours on the beach

Well we have been on the beach all day. Came on at 5 but the kids immediatley went in the pool. The ten year old and her Dad mastered the boogt board and had a fantastic time. My wonderful DH was a little moody today, stayed in his pajamas until about 3 PM and finally joined us on the beach. It's leftovers tonight since the refrig has to be empty tomorrow when we leave and then pack. I still haven't seen the sunrise or sunset. Maybe I won't

I had my annual physical today. Most of it was focused on my hip and back pain. He wanted to give me a cortisone injection in my trochanter bursa but with my laser cataract procedure next week he was reluctant so he ordered Ralofen. He thought at first I was dealing with sciatic problems but when he pressed on my SI joint there was no pain. But when he pressed on my trochanter bursa I about jumped off the table. So i'll try oral meds and hopefully that will help.

My husband likes this because I can't get in our sedan, we have to use the van. He has been wanting to trade the sedan in on an SUV.
