aussiemom I am in Phoenix and we got rain tonight. My service dog hates rain so we snuggled in bed together to make it bareable. I absolutely hate the long months of 100+ weather. Its still 90s for the high right now and its the end of October.

My daughter lives in Mesa, and that climate doesn't seem like the answer either. Sounds like everyone stays inside with the AC on most of the time. I'm right there with you Sally, and all the others in the same pain boat. It's been so bad the past couple days, I can barely breathe since it hurts sooo much. I wonder if the extremes in the weather this year have made more of an impact on us than in previous years? Honestly, I feel like throwing in the towel. Here's to less pain for all of us....

I'm with you neighbor. I have always been heat intolerant but every year my intolerance to cold gets worse. Pretty much, I'm stuck inside two seasons out of four and it really does suck.

Today snow may be on the way.... Will this pain ever end (in this life)?

Edit to add................It's snowing now in northeastern PA.
