The grocery store. There is one called Ultra that prides itself on being lower priced than the larger grocery chains. It's like Cubs, you have to bag your own groceries. I rarely buy regular priced items. I figure eventually it will go on sale. I bought the candy maybe 2-3 weeks ago.
