Default needing recomendations on electric razors

My husband is one of the most difficult people to ever buy a gift for. But he has said he wants an electric razor and aware that I might have to pay out some good money for it. So a question for the men or the husbands of the women here. What's the best one or at least the best one for the money?

I looked into that just recently...Consumer Reports rated them this summer. The highest rated one for FOIL type was a Braun Series 7 System 760cc-4, 790cc-4, or 720s-4, about $240.

But they listed as a "best buy" the Remington Pivot and Flex F-5790, or Power Clean F-5790CS for about $55.

Highest rated for Rotary were Philips Norelco Senso Touch $200, the 8200 series for $100-140.
