Default ? to anyone with an Ipad

I always go a gag gift to my brother. It has been anything like emptying my shredder into a box to some pieces a styrofoam cut in the shape of cars. I want to give him an 'I pad" this year. I am going to take a pad of paper and put the letter I on the front of it. What I need is the approximate size of the I pad box to put it in. I have another brother who I haven't always given him a gag gift just because he doesn't have the same sense of humor that the other one has. I have thought of making a U pad for him. If you put them together it makes an IU pad. I'm from Indiana and of course IU is big here.
