Default Yummy Slider Recipe

I made this today and it was a HUGE hit with my boys and their girlfriends. It can be altered to fit your own personal tastes when it comes to the meat and cheese. I wanted to share this because it can be used with lots of different left overs. Enjoy!

Ham & Cheese Sliders

1 Pkg. Kings Hawaiian Rolls
Ham (or turkey, roast beef)
Cheese (whatever kind you like. I use swiss and pepper jack)
Mayo
Mustard
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Sesame Seeds or Poppy Seeds
Black Pepper

Dressing
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard

Mix mayo & mustard until blended. Set aside

Topping
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Dressing Mix
Sesame Seeds or Poppy Seeds
Black Pepper

Melt butter in large measuring cup in microwave. Once melted add 1/4 cup of the dressing you made for the sliders. Mix well and set aside.

Cut rolls in half. Spread dressing on each half of the roll. Put any kind of cheese you want (I use swiss and pepper jack) and the ham (you can also use turkey or roast beef). Put the top of the roll on each slider and place side by side in a deep baking pan. Pour topping over the sliders and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds (or both) and sprinkle lightly with pepper.

Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 4 more minutes or until tops are browned and crispy. Eat warm!
