Default I have a narrow foot but have to wear wide shoes

I know. What an intro. I can't stand to tighten or even tie my shoes. I go around all the time with them left untied. People stop me all the time and tell me that my shoes are untied. I just tell them that I know and walk off. I can imagine what they are thinking. But the pain is just to much. It just feels so tight yet I know it isn't tight at all. My foot is a AA.

I have seen some good walkers that don't have shoe laces at all but elastic band along the side but I think they would feel tighter. I'm glad I am not into wearing heels at all because I know I would have to wear them to actually fit my foot then.

OK, that's my whine of the day.

I can somewhat relate. I can only wear slip ons or loose fitting shoes. Most of the time, I wear flip flops as they are the most comfortable. In the winter, I wear slippers all day. If I go out, I have some warmer slip on shoes. The sneakers I have are slip ons with the elastic you described. They don't bother my feet at all.
