I hate complaining and whining but I have had enough of all this discomfort and pain. I woke up last night with a completely numb leg that I couldn't move. It finally went away but it disturbed my sleep. I woke up this morning and boy do I hurt. Spasms in my back and both legs as well as tremors in my arms and hands. To top that off, my allergies and sinuses are acting up and making me dizzy. Throw in my Aunt Flo who came to visit for a few days, showed up yesterday and she always messes with my MS. Can I just pull the covers over my head and call it a day, even though it is only 9:40 in the morning?
So, who wants to share some "whine" and cheese? Please join because I know I am not the only one going through this. So, share away what is ailing you today. |

Well, my professional opinion is that you have a right to whine. It does get old, doesn't it?
Our weather has been like a rollercoaster, -12, then rain and 35, then cold again, today maybe sleet and freezing rain. I can't tell if the pain and stiffness is MS, arthritis, "old age", or what. Maybe psychological. That kind of pain bites also.

For any guy readers, we (women) all know Aunt Flo. We called her my friend.
TKRIK- you have a right to whine. Sometimes you (me, everyone)have to.

Aunt Flo.....LOL!! It messes with my MS, too, just like most everything else does. I hope you get to feeling better. We're having a rainy day so I'm stumbling all over the place and my vision is not good.
You have permission to stay in bed and even hide under the covers if you want to. I think you....and all of us....have earned that right.

Kelly is right, we have earned the right to whine and this is the place to do it.
All normal peeps think we are faking or malingering. The fools!! I thought the same thing this morning. Why do I wake up almost every day stiff and hurting. Am also very very sick of it. I'm with ya Trish..
