The one with the blonde wig is Nicki Minaj. She is a rapper with Lil Wayne and on alot of other people's songs rapping. I'm up on alot of hip hop but MIA is new to me. Cee Lo is or was in a group called Gnarles Barkley but now he is on his own and on the Voice. I have also seen him on a sprite commercial or 7-up. He also performed with Gwenyth Paltrow on an awards show last year. Don't feel like a dinosaur, I thought she was backup too.

I'm only 42 and the only people I recognized in Madonna's show was Madonna and one of her backup dancers/singers. (they were there) I sort of recognized Cee Lo, but only because I'd seen him in a commercial for something once, and thought he looked familiar. I didnt know his name.

Not sure when I became like my parents, not knowing who most of those people were by name.

The only other people I sort of recognized was the people who danced with Madonna to that song that's in the commercial with the dancing robots and gerbils. (still dont know what that song is or who the people were, just that I've seen them on another tv show before dancing to the same song) They even did the same dance movements that the gerbils in the commercial do, I think the commercial is for some sort of car...it has robots fighting, and then gerbils drive up in the car, get out and start dancing, the robots stop fighting and start dancing, then the gerbils drive off in the car.

It's too bad that M.I.A. felt the need to draw attention to herself like she did. I dont think it was a good way for her to get publicity for herself. I thought it was stupid and really low class. I hope that if there are any fines for the finger and the word she said (started with an "s") that the network makes her pay for it.

I missed or really didn't pay attention to MIA and her antics. I think the gerbil people are LMFAO. Kinda weird looking guys and funny. I think that's a commercial that sets my dog off. I live a rather boring existence and tv is my escape. Besides I have a satellite and try to get my money's worth by watching a ton of tv.
