Default Happy Birthday, Mom!
Today my mom would have turned 81 years old (Feb. 10)
She has been gone now for 3 years. I miss her dearly, but these days I can smile when I think about her instead of crying. I hope I see her again one day.Happy Birthday, Mom!-dee-cemetery-007-jpg

Happy Birthday to your mom! I am glad you are now able to smile more instead of crying. You are healing and that is a good thing.

Awwwwwww (((((Karilann))))), My Mommy died at 78 also, but it's been 18 yrs. I still miss her a lot too.

Karilann...I know where you're coming from...my mom's birthday just passed last month. She would have been 94. I miss her still, even though she passed 37 years ago.
Glad you can smile...in time, if things were good between our parents and us, the memories help heal the wound...

My Mom's birthday was the 5th. March 11th will be 1 year that she died. Life will never be the same. I am so glad that both my grandchildren were able to know and love her. The little one is 5 now but she still loved her Grandma Pete.

I'm glad you can now smile at your memories. My Mom has been gone now 7 years but I still miss her every single day. She gave me lots of happy memories to remember her with. I feel so fortunate to have had her as my Mom.
